House rules and terms

Arrival and departure

• Check-in from 15:00, check-out by 11:00.
• If the house is not booked the day before, an earlier check-in is sometimes possible by arrangement.

Number of guests

• Het Binnenhuys is suitable for a maximum of 4 people.
• Visitors are welcome, but overnight stays only by arrangement with us.
• Groups under 30 years of age only by arrangement and with our permission.

Quiet in the neighbourhood

• The house is in a residential area. Because of noise, sitting outside after 22:00 is not allowed.
• Please keep music at a pleasant volume, and quiet between 22:00 and 08:00, also with the windows open.
• The house is not suitable for parties.

Smoking, pets and drugs

• Smoking is not allowed in the house.
• Pets are not allowed. If they are brought anyway, we charge €150 extra cleaning costs.
• Using drugs, or being under their influence, is not allowed.

Taking care of the house

• Please treat the house with care and leave it tidy, with the dishwasher loaded and switched on.
• If the house is not left tidy, we may charge extra cleaning costs.
• If a key is lost, we charge €25.
• Beer taps are not allowed. If you use a wine tap (bag-in-box), please let it run over the sink, so nothing drips onto the concrete floor.

Damage

• If anything in the house or its contents is damaged, please let us know as soon as possible. Accidents happen, and together we'll find a solution.
• We may charge the costs of damage caused during your stay. You can often claim these on your travel or liability insurance.

At your own risk

• Use of the hot tub and the bikes is at your own risk, as is use of the garden. Glass is not allowed in the hot tub; plastic glasses are provided.
• We are not liable for loss or theft of your belongings, or for damage or injury during your stay, unless caused by our fault.

Compliance

• If we have good reason to suspect improper use, we may inspect the house.
• In case of serious or repeated breaches of the house rules, we may end the stay without a refund.

Identification

• Like every hotel and B&B, we keep a guest register, as required by law. After booking, you fill in your name, place of residence and nationality through our online check-in. On arrival you show your ID. We don't make a copy of it.

Cancellation

• Up to 14 days before arrival: free cancellation, you get a full refund.
• Between 14 and 7 days before arrival: you get 50% back.
• Less than 7 days before arrival: no refund.

Please cancel by e-mail. We recommend taking out cancellation insurance.
