An 1888 bulb barn, all to yourselves
Behind our house in Noordwijk-Binnen stands an old bulb barn. In 2022 it was converted, with great attention to detail, into a luxury stay for up to four guests. You walk in through our garden and have the house and garden entirely to yourselves.
Downstairs: eating together, relaxing together
The living room is the heart of the house. High above you run the barn's old wooden beams, and underfoot is a beautiful concrete floor. In the evening you gather round the dining table with its six chairs, and afterwards you settle into the soft sofa with a film on the smart TV.
A kitchen you can really cook in
The open kitchen is fully equipped, with:
- fridge and freezer;
- hob, oven and microwave;
- dishwasher;
- filter coffee and Nespresso, kettle and toaster;
- pans, cutlery, glasses and all other kitchen utensils.
For your first cup of coffee or tea, capsules and tea bags are ready for you. We don't serve breakfast. There are several bakeries and a supermarket within walking distance, so with fresh rolls you can enjoy a relaxed breakfast at your own table or on the terrace.
Upstairs: two bedrooms, two bathrooms
Upstairs there are two equal bedrooms. Both have a king-size box spring bed, wardrobe space, a mirror and their own bathroom with a rain shower and toilet. That way two couples, or parents and children, each have their own space.
The beds are made up before you arrive. Towels and bathrobes are ready for you, and there are toiletries in the bathrooms.

Outside: your own garden with hot tub
On the spacious 40 m² terrace you can enjoy the fresh air undisturbed. There's a garden table and chairs, a lounge corner and lighting for the evening. The garden is enclosed by a gate and a hedge, so children can play there safely.
- A wood-fired hot tub, where you sit in warm water under the stars. The wood is ready for you, and before your arrival we'll send you short instructions on how to light it.
- A barbecue and a fire pit for eating outdoors and sitting by the fire a little longer.
- Four ordinary city bikes with gears (not electric), to get you to the beach and the bulb fields in no time.
Het Binnenhuys is in a residential area. Because of noise, sitting outside after 22:00 is not allowed.
