Room for four, with privacy for everyone
Het Binnenhuys is a detached, beautifully converted bulb barn behind our house. You walk in through our garden and have the house and garden entirely to yourselves.
Two equal bedrooms
Both have a king-size box spring bed and their own bathroom with a rain shower. Nobody has to draw lots for the best room.
Living room with a full kitchen
A cosy living room under the old wooden beams, a dining table for six, a comfortable sofa and a kitchen with everything you need, from a dishwasher to a Nespresso machine.
Private garden with hot tub
A 40 m² terrace with a hot tub, barbecue, fire pit and lounge corner. The garden is enclosed, so children can play there safely.
Four bikes at the door
Hop on and go, to the beach or the bulb fields.

Beach and bulb fields, with Amsterdam and The Hague within reach
The beach is 1.5 km away. The supermarket and the restaurants in the village centre are within walking distance, and so is the bakery. By bike you're quickly in the dunes or among the bulb fields. By car, Leiden, Haarlem, The Hague and Amsterdam are easy to reach.

Your hosts live next door
We're Hans and Renske. In 2026 we opened our converted 1888 bulb barn to guests. We live in the house in front of it. If we're home, we'll welcome you in person, and during your stay you can always reach us on WhatsApp. Other than that, we leave you in peace.
Good to know before you book
Are the bikes, hot tub and parking really included?
Yes, all three. You pay nothing extra for them.
How long can we stay?
At least 3 and at most 14 nights. For a stay of a week you get a 10% discount.
When can we arrive and leave?
Check-in from 15:00, check-out by 11:00.
Are children welcome?
Very much so. The garden is enclosed, and on request we have a cot and a high chair, as well as stair gates.
Can we bring pets?
No, unfortunately pets are not allowed.
